Refund and Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be in original packaging and unused
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
• For hygiene and safety reasons, natural health products and personal care items are non-returnable

How to Request a Return: Contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.
